1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nk111", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the nk111 platform and its operating entity, accessible at nk111.io.
• "Platform" — means the nk111 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, and betting markets made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" — means any individual who registers an account on the nk111 Platform.
• "Account" — means the registered personal account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "BST" — means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations.
• "BDT" / "৳" — means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the nk111 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the nk111 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and nk111 governing your use of the Platform.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the nk111 Platform, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is a prerequisite for use of the Platform; continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the nk111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nk111 maintains a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services.
• You are acting as principal and on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or other responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by nk111 for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one Account on the nk111 Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where nk111 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, nk111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Accounts and to void any bets or bonus winnings generated across those Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. nk111 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

4.3 Verification

nk111 may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the nk111 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once an Account currency is set to BDT, it cannot be changed. nk111 does not offer multi-currency Accounts.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nk111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account.

nk111 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from nk111 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify nk111 immediately. nk111 will take reasonable steps to assist you but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results directly from a failure of nk111's own security systems.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

nk111 currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time. Deposits are credited to your Balance in BDT instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is subject to the specific payment method selected and may be updated periodically. Current minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.

6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must have: (a) successfully completed all required KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; and (c) used your Account in accordance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

nk111 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. All times are measured in BST (UTC+6).

6.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of request. nk111 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

6.6 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. nk111 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Account balances after this period, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, nk111 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which will be published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are treated separately; real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification), but bonus-derived winnings are subject to the Wagering Requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

nk111 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus through multiple Accounts; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, nk111 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, suspend the Account, and recover any withdrawn funds obtained through abuse.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific bonus terms. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. It is your responsibility to track the status and expiry of your bonuses within the Account dashboard.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the nk111 Platform are subject to acceptance by nk111. nk111 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits or that are suspected of exploitation of pricing errors.

8.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an erroneous price (whether due to a technical error, human error, or manifest pricing mistake), nk111 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your Balance. A bet accepted at an obviously incorrect price that is significantly more favourable than the prevailing market price will be voided regardless of the outcome.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during the event in question. Where a bet is placed on a live market that is subsequently suspended prior to acceptance, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm that their bet has been accepted before treating it as confirmed.

8.4 Game Results

All casino and live dealer game results generated on the nk111 Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcome as appropriate. nk111 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the Platform.

8.5 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection during a game round or bet, nk111 will settle the affected round or bet in accordance with the outcome recorded by the Platform's server logs. nk111 is not responsible for losses incurred due to player-side network interruptions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nk111 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to fix or manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for betting or gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nk111 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or any part of the Platform to which you are not authorised.

10 Responsible Gaming

nk111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Bangladeshi players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools designed to help you stay in control of your play. These tools are available within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account. Once initiated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the nk111 Platform, including but not limited to the nk111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content (where licensed from third-party providers), text, and layout, is the property of nk111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of nk111.

Third-party game content (including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is licensed for use on the Platform. nk111 does not claim ownership of such content.

12 Privacy & Data

nk111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nk111 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable legal obligations, and the provision of Platform services. nk111 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption throughout your sessions on the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nk111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. nk111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. nk111 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits nk111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of nk111.

14 Amendments to These Terms

nk111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, nk111 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with nk111 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

nk111 operates the Platform for the purpose of entertainment and wagering services for Bangladeshi players. nk111 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.
